i know how to call you, the problem is that no one can anwer my question and your team disconnnects my calls and does not call me back!

i have used your procedure to get call back, but each time you guys call me, you spend 10 minutes to ask me the same question and i have to repeat myself over and over, and when i do tell you the problem, you ask me to hang up and request another call back. THIS IS PREPOSTEROUS AND SUCH A WASTE OF TIME!
