Re-subsription

As I was trying to making the payment for the subscription after dur date but the subscription was canceled just for lack of one day. I just want to re-subscribe it. Just grant me the access for making up the payment.

Thanks for coming to the Community with your question about making a payment to subscribe to a QuickBooks Online account. 

 

Let's try to resubscribe to your account. Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to the Gear (Settings) icon in the top right-hand corner. 
  2. Pick the Account and settings under the "Your Company" column. 
  3. Select the Billing & Subscription tab on the left-hand menu bar. 
  4. Choose to Resubscribe and enter the updated billing information. 
  5. Hit Subscribe when ready.

If the subscription date expired and showing the notification of cancelled license, how to re-activate it again?

You can follow the steps shared on this thread by my colleague Candice C. When you sign in to your QuickBooks Online account, you'll be routed to the Billing & Subscription page where you can reactivate the service.

 

In case you don't have the Resubscribe or Subscribe button, I recommend reaching out to our Customer Care Team. They can pull up your account and help you with the process.

 

Please take note that our support hours for QuickBooks Online Plus, Essentials, Simple Start starts from M-F 6 AM to 6 PM PT and Saturday 6 AM to 3 PM PT. For the Advanced version, we're available any time, any day.

 

Here's how you can contact them:

 

  1. Click the Help icon located in the upper right-hand corner.
  2. In the Search window, click the Contact Us button located at the bottom.
  3. Enter your question and click Let's talk.
  4. Choose either Chat with us or Have us call you.

If you have the new QuickBooks Assistant help update, you can follow these steps:

 

  1. In your QuickBooks Online account, go to the Help > Assistant.
  2. Type Talk to a human and enter what do you need help with.
  3. Click No if none of the articles shared are helpful and select Chat with us or Have us call you.
