Real person Executive Resolution

I have spoken to 4 people in the past 2 months and no one is helping. My client discontinued their relationship w their old accountant in 2019 & the accountant continued to bill the client until 02.2021; without their knowledge. I brought this to QB’s attention and was told in 3 recorded conversations and 1 email that my client would receive a full year refund. Every time the manager or rep calls back or emails 6+ hours later to say that’s not the case. I have told my client 2x now that she is going to receive a refund. I need to speak to someone stateside in executive resolution to solve this. I am tired of being jerked about by QB’s.

I understand that you want to resolve the billing issue of your client. However, we're unable to cater to account concerns in the Community since this is a public forum. It would be best to contact our Support team again to resolve this.

 

You can let your client contact the team since they are the owner of the account. You can also let them contact their previous accountant to resolve this matter.
