I've had multiple clients complain about the emails. I looked at one and it was a bunch of CSS and then the form with the pay button all mangled up.
Is this something QB is aware of/ fixing?

I appreciate you bringing this to our attention. To get a better scope of the issue, I recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. This way, one of our agents can securely remote into your screen to get a good look at the email. Once our agents can see what is going on, they can send this to our Engineering Team if needed for further investigation.

But they can only see the Quickbooks App during a remote session. I would need to get a screen shot of the issue from one of my clients.
When you preview the emails in QBO they look fine, its when they are delivered in the inbox where it all falls apart. Will I be able to send support a screenshot the issue from a clients computer?
