Retired but need archive data and QB for personal finances

I retired 4 years ago and have two QB active personal accounts, my inactive business account and one inactive personal accounts. soon I'll have only my personal finance account and the archives of the other three accounts. I  presently have an Enterprise 23 subscription account and a 2012 premier no subscription account. I'd like to cancel my subscription account, move the data to the 2012 premier account as I can no longer afford the subscription. Even as a 25 year customer, QB sales have not been helpful in finding me a solution. I would at least like to know where I can go to find a solution.

Thanks in advance, John

Retired but need archive data and QB for personal finances

I know the reason why downgrading the company file is not possible due to future advancements not being included in your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) Premier 2012, PurpleSage1. Let me explain in detail.

After installing QBDT Enterprise 2023, you can restore your backed-up file from a portable drive. During the restoration process, you'll be prompted to update your company file to the 2023 version. Please note that once the company file is restored and updated, it cannot be opened in earlier versions.

For more information, you can browse this article: Find QuickBooks company data files and backups.

Additionally, QuickBooks Desktop offers various ready-made financial reports that give different insights into your business performance. You can also customize these reports to fit your specific business needs.

I'm all ears if you need further assistance with managing your company file in QBDT. You can always this forum. Looking forward to supporting you.

@Purple Sage1

You should contact @Fiat Lux - ASIA and they may share the option to use the trial version to access your archive data for good.
