QB desktop is not marking printed sales receipts as printed The status remains "print later" even when you show they printed correctly. Other than going in to each individual sales receipt and marking it "printed", is there another solution?

I have done all those steps and it still does not work. Any other solutions or ideas would be appreciated.
Hey there, Bulldozer62. Thanks for following up with the Community about this. I can share some information about how receipts work in QuickBooks Desktop.
These records don't have a printed status, instead their entry is there for you to print if necessary. For example, after printing a receipt, it won't be marked with any statuses showing it was already extracted from your books with a printer. The Print later option you're seeing is simply a choice, not a confirmation of it's current state.
