Schduling and Digital Invoicing

Thank you for posting here in the Community. I'm here to help you with your concern about an app for scheduling and digital invoicing.

You'll need a third-party application that integrates with our QuickBooks system. There are a lot of apps that offer this type of service to businesses.

However, we can't recommend a specific app you can use with our accounting software. Though, I've found one in our QuickBooks Apps Center that may help you with what you need.

What kind of business do you run? A field service company or else?

We're a service company.

We are currently using FullSlate for scheduling, but they don't do invoicing. I cannot use QBO for invoicing because 95% of what we do in through insurance companies and depending on the company, some of our contracts prohibit us from disclosing cost. I've tried a few in the app store, to see if I can get anything but every app I've tried it one or the other, or the invoices don't sync back to QBO
