Sometimes, not always, the send forms screen looks like a frame that shows the background through it. It does not populate the screen with the information it just puts the frame up with nothing in the field. It happens from the send statements dialogue as well as the send forms.
It has worked fine but it is intermittent and doesn't seem to be anything consistent that causes this problem. There haven't been any changes or updates that changed anything. Just sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.

We used to see that a lot; I would click on the title bar where you see Send Forms. Click and Drag it down below the bottom of the screen and back up, as if you are Dipping it into a rinse bucket. It should refresh the image and draw the content as you pull it back up, "out of the dip bucket."
I tried that but it did not work. In fact one time I actually got the screen stuck at the bottom and couldn't get it to come back up. I had to restart Quickbooks. However a silver lining occurred, after re-starting I was able to use the function as normal and it worked. Any other ideas?

Yes, that is the solution. The program is conflicting with the Video Driver. As I noted, it hasn't shown like that for a while, and you are the first person to Bring it up, again, that I have seen on this community forum.
