Send invoice email summary has a hidden text field - cant remove

I can help you with editing or removing the payment details of the invoices, @1nkd. 

You can go to the Content tab of the template that you're using for your invoice to edit the business bank account and payment details in the footer of the invoice. 

Follow the steps below:

1. Go to the Gear icon and select Custom Form Styles under Your Company.
2. Search for the template, then choose Edit below.
3. Click the Content tab and click the pencil icon in the bottom-right corner.
4. Check the details in the field below Add footer text.
5. Select Done.

Thanks for the reply,

I am able to access and modify this part of the custom form style;

However, there is still a text field that only shows on the 'send invoice email' preview.

This text is not located in the 'custom form style' within the 'body' or 'footer' location

I had set this text information on a trial account to the QB software, where it may be possible that I had additional menus available to me at the time, which have now been removed on the QB - Online version
