sending emails

You'll have to toggle the Outlook or Outlook Express option from the preferences after reinstalling outlook. Let me show you how:

1. Open your QuickBooks Desktop company file.
2. Go to the Edit menu and select Preferences.
3. In the Send Forms section, go to My Preferences.
4. Select Outlook or Outlook Express.
5. You can add your email address and click OK to apply the changes.

Which QB Desktop year version do you run?

premier accountant 2020 - I used to just click send email and the adobe file would open in an outlook email, now it openes within quickbooks with a preview.

Many thanks, it used to work, but as per your screen shot, not outlook is shown, I will have to look at that,
