sending invoices in version 2009 using webmail

Your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) 2009 is an old version which is no longer supported, that is why you can't send invoices using webmail. You may want to consider upgrading your QBDT software to the latest version available. This way, you'll have the most recent fixes and security update.

However, if you don't want to upgrade, you can save the invoice as a PDF and email it over outside the system as a workaround.

It should be noted that I was able to use this feature until several months ago - maybe due to upgrading to WIN 10.
