I am looking at moving from using Outlook to send emails to using webmail. Our company runs our own email server, so it would actually work out better for us.
I have all the information for Quickbooks to login to the sending email account, but it won't let me use it.
On our email server, the username (user ID) is the following: name.hhm
The email server does not use the full email address for login purposes (including Outlooks login), but QB will only allow me to use a full email address and the server will not recognize that as a login option.
Is there anyway to force QB to utilize the above shown username to login.
Thanks in advance.

I'll do better than that. I will reach out the Beta Development as well, since I take part in that. Thanks
