Hi,
I am currently using Quickbooks Enterprise 18. I would like to know if there is a way for the Shipping Manager to notify our customers from an alternate email address. It is currently defaulting to the "Main Email" field and I'd rather not change that field for every customer.
Is there a setting within customers or shipping that allows me to do so?

I can share some information about having an alternative email address for the Shipping Manager to notify our customers without changing the main email on your QuickBooks Desktop.
Currently, having the option to add an alternative email address for the Shipping Manager to notify our customers without changing the main email isn't possible. Having it changed manually is the only option for now.
I can see how this feature can help you and your business. I'd encourage you sharing this idea to our Developers.

It's too bad this is not built into the software yet. I will send in this idea to the developers; hopefully there are others who need this feature as well.
