First off, I am not happy...
QuickBooks Support Chat is the worst I have ever experienced and is by far the biggest waste of time.
We got bounced around in 7 different chats today getting bounced around from dept to dept, even got hung up on in a chat after 30 minutes of waiting, before we started talking. Combined it was 5 hours of waiting for a 1 sentence answer. This cost my company over $400+ in labor to have this support chat.
After spending hours on hold and finding out that my general manager cannot have access to the account to ask about a check clearing, I (the CEO) had to get on to verify who I was and waste over an hour of my time to find out that the client entered his account number in wrong and created a chargeback. How about QB upgrades their system to notice this issue right away so the client can just fix it on the spot instead of creating havoc down the line after it is rejected.
They also asked for me to verify my Social Security Number, EIN, Company ID, Full Name, and Birthdate over chat... Not cool. I refused to give my SSN to a random person on a chat.
QuickBooks really needs to figure this out, Quickly!
Faster, Better Service!!! Especially, since they are now charging $10 per transaction, a %1900 increase overnight from $.50 cents per.
