Is there a way to stop check image auto import? Or at least stop the images from appearing in the invoice attachment option list? Thank you!
Hello @OCD,
Before we can accomplish your goal for today, may I ask for a few confirmations about your checks? Saying your check images are auto-importing in the attachment section for invoices, how do they get uploaded? Are you using an application to import them?
Keep me updated in the comments below. Ho[e to hear from you as soon as possible. Take care and stay safe!
They are automatically uploading with my bank feed. I've found a way to delete one at a time under the gear icon in Attachments, but this is very tedious as I do not see an option to delete several at once. Having them in the bank feed is fine. Having them show up as attachment options in invoicing is frustrating as what I want to attach is now buried far below the unwanted attachments. I hope that makes sense.
Thanks!
Thank you for the information that you have provided, @OCD,
The option to disable the Check image auto-import feature and remove multiple attachments at once is unavailable. I recognize the need for these features to help you manage your attachments. For the time being, I suggest you give our software engineers your feedback.
To submit feedback, follow these steps:
1. Open your QuickBooks Online account.
2. Go to the Gear icon and select Feedback.
3. Type in your suggestion and click Next.
