I just received a message in vendors that says a particular person "sent you a connection request". Has my client been hacked or is this legitimate? I do not want to click on "see message request".

Good afternoon, @Healthyway.
Thanks for providing that screenshot for us.
Yes, this is legitimate. If the message is within your QuickBooks Online account, it will always be legitimate.
This request is just from your client and they may need an action done within there account. Here's a guide that can provide additional information:

@Candice C Candace,
This message just appeared today at the top of the Vendors area. I will try to attach a pic. No matter what I do, I can't attach it here; it keeps telling me it's not supported. I have a Mac.
I copied and pasted from the Vendors screen in QuickBooks Online Accountant. See below:

Thanks for the prompt response, Healthyway.
I would love to help and provide you with helpful insights regarding the connection request encountered by your client. In order to do so, could you kindly provide the entire screenshot of the page? This will ensure that I give you the most accurate and relevant details tailored specifically to your setup.
Take note that the supported image types are JPG, JPEG, GIF, and PNG. Additionally, the maximum size you can attach is 9 MB.
Any additional information will be greatly appreciated. I'll keep an eye out for your response and look forward to assisting you further.
It is telling me Jpeg is not supported. Only jpg, pdf. When I made it a PDF, it said it was too large. When I condensed it to a zip, it told me it wasn't supported.
Please see my screenshot from Friday 6/16. I have not had a resolution or reply to my last post Friday. Thanks.
