Buy nowI need to send my company's tax exempt form to some QuickBooks entity so I am not charged sales tax on my Payroll core and QuickBooks Plus services. I was given the how to but the link for who to send it to was unclear. Who do I send my tax exempt form to? The contact link in the above post leads to general contact list page. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Thanks for the reply but I need to send them a tax exempt form, do I do that over chat? I will give that a shot and see what happens. I was looking for an email address since I have a document to send them. The original link I posted above states I send the document and what will happen after they receive the document which is great, but I am still unclear where I send the document. Also, if the links you list at the end of your response has to do with my company charging and filing sales tax related actions they would not be helpful since this is about my company's payments to Intuit for services we pay for. Again thanks for the response. I will update if the chat works.
I have the same issue! They could resolve this easily but they are not!
I am also having the same issue. Clear instructions on what to provide and what will happen, but not place to send the required documentation. From the response received it also looks like it will have to be sent to two different departments, one for the core software and one for payroll subscription.
I had to contact them. They sent me a link. The link requires a PIN that they generate, so there is no way around contacting them. I started with a chat contact which ended up with them calling me back.
