Hi there, kelper62.
The error usually shows up if the installed Edition of Adobe Acrobat isn’t compatible with QuickBooks Desktop. There are also times that it happens if the DLL files of the two software are conflicting.
There are a couple of steps that we recommend that can resolve this type of error.
First, make sure that your QuickBooks is on the latest maintenance release. Use this article as a guide: Update QuickBooks Desktop to the Latest Release.
Second, use the QuickBooks Tool Hub to fix minor program and file issues. Here's how:

After we installed QuickBooks Pro Plus 2023 the "DDE Server Window: Windows - Entry Point Not Found" errors started. I cannot use my keyboard for anything within Adobe without the Entry Point error windows opening (several - not just one that I need to click through to continue). When I only have Adobe Acrobat Pro open, I don't receive any errors. It is only when QuickBooks Desktop and Adobe are open at the same time. I tried using QuickBooks Tool Hub and program problems "Quick fix my program", "QuickBooks program diagnostic tool" and "QuickBooks Print & PDF Repair Tool"; it does not solve the issues.

Me Too. If I try to edit a PDF, page down, or see the remaining pages of a PDF in the file preview. Won't work with Quickbooks open.

Let's perform some fixes that rectify the error and allow you to access your company file seamlessly, tara.
The error you encountered appears when there are program failures locating a specific entry point within a dynamic-link library (DLL) during runtime. In your case, we can run a QuickBooks ToolHub that helps address errors with PDF readers and provides a fine experience while using the software.
Before we start, let's secure a backup of your company file to reinstate your accounting data if you ever run into a problem with it, and proceed with the steps below:

Let me know if you have additional questions with QuickBooks, whether in creating transactions or app-integrated concerns. Take care!
Thank you for replying. The DLL error isn't the one I was talking about. I was talking about the error the other person had where they could not utilize Adobe at the same time as Quickbooks. I can't fill-in fillable forms, I can't use the Find option, I can't even change the number of copies I want to print without errors popping up in Adobe. It only happens when I have Quickbooks open at the same time. I have already done the Tool Hub repairs and that does not fix it. I tried the reset temp file, but when I look for %TEMP% it does not bring up the temporary file, it brings up some other window. I've tried to locate the temporary file but there are a few and I don't know which one is the right one. So I don't think either of those solutions fixes the problem. I've tried contacting Adobe but they seem to think it is a Quickbooks issue.
