Buy nowI tried to create a new account for my new firm on Quickbooks website (US-based) but am unable to do so. There is a pop-up that mentions the temporary unavailability of the feature. The problem is persisting since last 20 days. Kindly assist.
Note: I have tried signing up with different browsers and ensured proper internet connection, yet I am unable to have a new account registered on Quickbooks Online website. Before contacting the peer community with my issue, I did try seeking help on Quickbooks Help, but none of the pre-mentioned FAQs address my concern and am unable to have them contacted.

Thank you for reaching out to the community and letting us know about the unexpected behavior you've encountered in QuickBooks.
We haven't received any other reports of an issue, so it's likely that your browser may be causing the error. To verify this, we'll clear the browser's cache and cookies. Your browser stores these files to speed up websites, however can cause issues if not cleared regularly.
Clearing them is super easy and takes just a few moments. Choose the browser you use to access QuickBooks Online below to find the steps:
If it works, go back to your regular browser and clear the cache to delete those temporarily stored files and browsing history. The overtime collection of data can create corruption, however, removing this should fix the issue. You can also use other supported, up-to-date browsers to roll out the possibility of a browser-related issue.
