Let's get this working for you, geneeka.
QuickBooks online error 350 occurs when QuickBooks fails to connect with the bank or bank’s credit card server. It can be your Financial Institution’s (FI) server, which can be under maintenance evoking the error.
To get this sorted out, let's reconnect your account. Here's how:
Once imported, I recommend editing, assigning, and categorizing your transactions. Also, you can match them to the existing entries in the software. Doing so will help you ensure the accuracy of your financial records.
Additionally, may I ask which bank are you having a problem with? This way, I can check if there are any open investigations about it.
You can always get back to me if you have any other banking concerns or anything you need help in QuickBooks. I'd be glad to answer them for you. Have a nice day!

Try opening your QBO account on any private/incognito browser.
I have been unable to connect to QuickBooks (QB) for months, which is causing significant issues with my accounting and tax filing. I've tried various methods to reconnect, but I keep getting different error messages, specifically error code 350. Since QB is useless without this feature, I'm considering canceling my subscription.
Use MT Online or one of the converter tools (e.g csv2qbo) for the time being.
