Join nowI have 4 companies in my Desktop Enterprise 2020 account. They are all on a server station in my office. Three of them work just fine. The 4th when I try to open it I get an unrecoverable error stating that "this is a configuration file". The code was 14667 19683. I ran to the file doctor which found no issues but told me that the QBDB Server was unreachable and looks like it is down and to resolve the issue run the toll on the server itself. How is this possible for only 1 company?
I then tried to use an old back-up which I was able to open but which could not back-up due to data errors. I tried to rebuild the data and I get an unrecoverable error. I can't seem to get anyone from Intuit on a chat. It just sends me to a blank screen and there is no number I can call. Anyone have any idea what I should try next?
Thanks
Alix

You have to contact and ask Intuit Data Service to fix it. Otherwise, consider purchasing a 3rd party file repair service.
