Something in QB online is broke. I was able to look at all the transactions under a specific vendor a few days ago and now when I click on a vendor all I get is a blank screen. I've tried logging out and going back in and I get the same thing. This is a valuable tool that needs to be fixed ASAP.
I am having the same issue this morning 7/31, have logged out a few times, hasn't fixed issue. Customer side works ok, but vendors and expenses...not so.
Please fix ASAP!

I'm here to help fix the issue you're having with your Vendors page in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Did you receive some error messages? Any additional information will help me provide the best resolution for your concern.
In the meantime, let's sign in to your QBO using a private browser (incognito). There are times that the browser is already full of frequently accessed page resources (cache and cookies), causing some unusual responses. Here's how:
Once logged in, go back to the Vendors page again to double-check. If everything looks good, return to your default browser and perform a clear cache to refresh the system. However, if the issue persists, try using other supported browsers.

There was no error message, just a big blank white screen where transactions normally reside. I'll try your suggestion and let you know if it works.
I cleared my cache file and that fixed the problem. Thanks for your quick response.
