Was there some update?? This is incredibly frustrating--can't duplicate any sales receipts or invoices, there's no scroll bar on the bottom of the page anymore which makes it impossible to navigate. Others have posted that they can't see their invoices anymore. What is going on?? I understand that it's a weekend but this needs to be addressed. Many of us work on the weekend.
Having same problem, since the weekend. Can only generate new invoices and once they're sent, they are inaccessible!! Tech support will be swamped on Monday! Good luck to all with the same, or other, issues!

This is not just an issue of missing invoices.
Invoices and sales receipts cannot be duplicated. That means everything needs to be manually re-entered. That is *extremely* time consuming.
In addition, I'm not sure why all these replies contain the recommendation to reach out and "talk to a human" as there is no one available to speak with on the weekends.
I have spend hours recreating invoices and sales receipts that should be simply duplicated. I would appreciate a response to this asap. This level of dysfunction in a software system for this long is not acceptable.
Thanks, this incognito browser fix worked. I logged into Firefox with the Control Shift P keys and my invoices re-appeared and I was able to work with them as expected. I have since logged in to the site in the usual way without the incognito browser and my invoices still appeared and were workable.

I did call. I was on the phone with agent for 1 hour and 10 minutes with no resolution. She then emailed me later with another suggestion that also hasn’t worked. How can I escalate this further? This is very frustrating.
Still no response? This is hours of lost time and productivity. What happened to the software that there are all these glitches suddenly and no one to address them?
