Currently, only Quickbooks Commerce allow to do Bulk Import and Price List for bundle products, unfortunately it is lack of accounting capabilities. Then I turned to Quickbooks Online; but unfortunately again, Quickbooks Online doesn't allow both Bulk Import and Price List for bundle products.
I would like to know which Quickbooks product allowed to "Bulk Import" bundle products by using csv and create "Price List" for bundle products? Yet, with accounting capabilities like Quickbooks Online.

You can use QBD Premier to "manufacture" raw items to become the item assembly as bundle products. Then utilize the price level feature for your "bundle products". You are able to update the price and the price level in bulk later.

You can purchase QBD Premier with a one time license or QBD Premier Plus. If you prefer to pick QB Desktop, consider to install the trial version for QBD Enterprise to make sure your needs. They don't provide the trial license for Premier edition.
If you are not familiar with IIF to export/import data, explore a 3rd party migration tool.
