Our QuickBooks Chat is up and working! You may be experiencing a browser issue, let's have you try performing a few troubleshooting steps to fix this. Try logging into your QBO using a private browser. There are times that too much-gathered data can cause unusual responses.
Here's how to use a private browser:
Once logged in, try to connect with our chat and phone support. If it works, you need to return to your main browser and clear the cache. This helps refresh the system and you can work with a clean slate.

Our QuickBooks Support is only available from M-F 6 AM to 6 PM PT and Saturday 6 AM to 3 PM PT. That's the reason you encountered struggling to get in touch with our chat support or is not working. Rest assured that we are bound to helping you out with your concerns. I suggest contacting them again from the support hours stated above. You'll also have the option to request a callback to assist you directly.
