Hello, @AlyssaS92.

 

Our QuickBooks Chat is up and working! You may be experiencing a browser issue, let's have you try performing a few troubleshooting steps to fix this.  Try logging into your QBO using a private browser. There are times that too much-gathered data can cause unusual responses. 

 

Here's how to use a private browser:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Option + P

Once logged in, try to connect with our chat and phone support. If it works, you need to return to your main browser and clear the cache. This helps refresh the system and you can work with a clean slate.

I have been facing the same issue. It is also not working in private tabs.

Could you tell me the help you need? I can answer some general questions or concerns about QBO. However, if you really need to speak with our Customer representative .

 

To investigate more on what's causing this issue about reaching the chat  support, I'd like to share another way on how you can reach out to one of our 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to this link: Contact Us.
  2. In the What we can help you with? section, choose any topics.
  3. Under Here's how to connect with a QuickBooks expert about section, click the Start a Message button.  

 

On the other hand, we have limited expert support staff and reduced our support hours due to our ongoing pandemic. Our QuickBooks Support is only available from M-F 6 AM to 6 PM PT and Saturday 6 AM to 3 PM PT. That's the reason you encountered struggling to get in touch with our chat support or is not working. Rest assured that we are bound to helping you out with your concerns. I suggest contacting them again from the support hours stated above. You'll also have the option to request a callback to assist you directly.

Now, I am getting the error while clicking on Contact Us. For reference, the image is attached.

Let me join and share a few options to ensure you're able to connect with our team online.

 

Firstly, you can access the QuickBooks Online (QBO) test drive and use the Help option to contact our support. Here's the link: The QBO Test Drive.

 

Secondly, you may also use the Contact Us option on the Community page. Follow the steps below to do so:

 

  1. Go to the General Contact Us page.
  2. Select QuickBooks Accountant. This way, the page won't ask for your login credentials.
  3. Click Search for something else.
  4. Enter the error message in the Tell us more about your question: box.
  5. Select Search.
  6. Click Get Phone Number or Start a Message.

 

I want to include that reaching out to our Customer Care Support is best during business hours from 6 AM-6 PM PT Monday-Friday.
