Hi
Our account was suspended around two months ago because the debit card stopped working.
Quickbooks says that the recurring transactions have started failing due to change in policies by RBI.
We have contacted Quickbooks support several times. Attempteded dozens of times to submit mandate in all possible manner by using different accounts. The account is not reactivated.
Everytime we try to persue the matter with Quickbooks, their staff just close the ticket without even informing us. Therefore, we can't even contact back on the same support ticket.
We even offered multiple times to deposit lump sum Rs.100,000 or Rs.200,000 or whatever they want. Still no solution.
What kind of company is Quickbooks? Not ready to accept money and reactivate our account.
Our data is stuck in the deactivated account and our all requests are going to some deaf ears.
Don't know what to do now.
You've got me here to help you get your account back. Let me share some information about the things that we can do about it.

The sad part is that they just close the ticket and we find ourselves at dead end.
This public forum is the last resort if someone higher up at Quickbooks US could hear us and understand that Quickbooks India is messing up this case.
