You'll need to run the Condense Data utility to get the file size down below 250 MB. Otherwise, contact Support to repair your file or purchase a third-party file repair service.
File > Utility > Condense Data? By doing this, does it effect the company file? Also, with this error, will it effect the condense data function?

The condense file remove the audit trail. What does that mean?
Quick Fixed, and Ran File Doctor, and did not find anything.
So now the option is to either pay to upgrade or delete data?
It's great to see you back in the Community, @Erss. I'm here to provide insight into your question about the Audit Trail in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).
The audit trail keeps track of any activities like changes made to any transaction in the system. It will reduce the file size of the data file by as much as 30-50% and considerably speed up the data file. Our service will also delete entries in the Voiced/Deleted Transactions Summary and Detail reports. It is also often required to remove the audit trail when handing over data files. The only option to hide or eliminate the information is by customizing the report display and filters.
Since you're still experiencing this hurdle, I'd recommend contacting our QuickBooks Desktop Support to take a closer look into your account and investigate the issue further. You can reach out to them by following the steps below:

You are using QBD 2019 Pro or Premier, correct?
Try to install the trial version for QBD 2019 Enterprise to upgrade your file.
Thanks, but then we would have to pay $1,000 a year..... Might as well get enterprise 2023 and pay more....
I'm not asking you to buy a new license for QBD Enterprise. Your file size is too big to run on QBD Pro/Premier. If you don't encounter any issues after upgrading your files, it means that the size of your files is the problem. You should consider splitting files to lower their size. Otherwise, your file is corrupt and needs to be repaired.
ic, so you can only use QB to a certain degree, then the system forces you to upgrade? Once we upgrade a file to Enterprise, there is no way of using it back in Premier is that correct?
You can purchase a 3rd party service to downgrade your file.
Hi there, Erss.
Yes, you're right that you can't downgrade to Premier. Please refer to this article for additional details: Company file compatibility with QuickBooks Desktop.
As mentioned by @Fiat Lux - ASIA, you can use a third-party service that can help downgrade the company file. Please find one through our QuickBooks Desktop App store.

Thanks for putting that out there, so other users don't fall into upgrading QB when they did not want to...
In terms of the trails.
For example, an invoice was changed ie part number or price. QB actually tracks all of that? So, by condensing the file. All the changes will be erased? That does not effect the file itself in terms of all the data that is stored into the system?
Let me shed some light on condensing your data file, Erss.
QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) tracks the changes made to the invoice (part number or price). When you use the Condense Data Utility, it compresses your file and streamlines the data making it easier to manage. It also removes and summarizes the old closed transactions.
The improved Condense function allows you to delete the audit trail, which decreases file size while retaining all detailed transactions. On the other hand, the traditional File Condense feature will eliminate transactional information and generates a consolidated journal entry for data prior to the chosen date.
Please know that performing this process is irreversible. I recommend creating a backup copy of the company file to prevent accidental loss.
Here's a link that goes into detail on how to streamline your data file: Use the Condense Data utility.

Thanks, you mentioned both new and old condensing functions, but QB only have 1?
We end up not using Multi-User mode, the most useless function, and then just verified and rebuild the file every single day. The file finally fixed itself without any errors....
