I'm delighted that my colleague, CArneil_C, was able to provide a solution for uploading receipts in QuickBooks Online.

I would like to upload all receipts into QBO even those that have been paid directly from the bank and already appear in the transactions of the Banking section. I want to do this as a way of filing all my invoices electronically and I am using QBO as a software to 'read' my invoices, so after I have uploaded them into the receipts tab under banking I would like to export that to Excel. I don't see an option for doing that at all. I have attached a screenshot of the info I would like to export to Excel.

I would be very grateful for any advice or suggestions you can give me.

Allow me to help with your questions about managing receipts, WHAH.

QuickBooks will look for transactions that have the same amount when you email or upload receipts. Follow these steps on how to match a receipt to a bill in your account:

1. Go to the Banking menu and proceed to the Receipts tab.
2. Under for the For review tab, look for the uploaded or emailed receipt. Then, select Match to connect your receipt to the transaction right away.
3. Review the potential match.
4. Select Match to connect the receipt to your existing transaction.

However, the option to export all receipts to Excel is unavailable. Although, all files will be saved in the QBO Attachments section and can be exported as PDF documents. Here's how:

1. Go to the Gear icon and select Attachments.
2. Select all receipts that you want to export.
3. Click the drop-down list beside Batch actions, then select Export.

I'd also suggest sending feedback about being able to export receipts to Excel. All customer suggestions are collected and will reviewed when new updates are designed. Here's an article for more details: How Do I Submit Feedback?.
