Is there a way to have employees scan their receipts in to QuickBooks without having access to the full account?

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community, LaKeo.

 

In order to scan receipts, users will be required to have Company Admin level access. This level of access grants them comprehensive control over your account, allowing them to perform various tasks and access all features, with the exception of Billing & Subscription management.

 

Essentially, users with Company Admin level privileges will have the ability to utilize all functionalities and make changes within your account, ensuring efficient receipt scanning and management.
