Let's correct the balance in your reconciliation by going through the History by account, @Juanita4.
You can see the changes in the report that causes the discrepancy for the current reconciliation period. Let me show you how:
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
- Go to the Report menu on the left panel.
- In the Find report by name field, search and select Reconciliation report.
- On the History by account page, you'll see the Changes column.
- Click the amount and clear the balance.
- After, save the changes.
