Hi! I need help. This is the scenario. There are transactions recorded in the bank statement but I couldn't find it in Undeposited Funds. However, I found these transaction in the banking feed in "For Review" Tab. Please tell what to do so I could finish reconciling for the month. Thank you!
It's my priority to help you fix this bank transaction issue so you can have a smooth reconciliation, @blueberry123.
When a transaction isn't showing up in the Undeposited Funds account, it could be that the transaction has been added as a bank deposit already, or you haven't entered the entry manually in the system.
To fix this, you'll need to add the transaction that showing up in the For Review tab so the amount will show up in the Undeposited Funds account. If the entry was added as a deposit already, then you can match it directly.
Here's how to add the transaction:
If it has been added as a deposit, you can proceed with matching it. Please refer to this link for complete details about this process together with reconciling your transactions: Categorize and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.

Thank you for your response! I forgot to add that when I checked them, they are in in Uncategorized Income in the For Review Tab. What would be the best thing to do? Thank you!

I followed these steps and they automatically added in my deposits when I go back to my reconciliation. Is that really how it works?
Also, my payments are already balanced last time. I made sure of that. When I get back to it now, there's a transaction added in the amount of $1.00 of which I did not know where it came from. What are the possibilities for this?
Thank you!
Thank you for getting back, @blueberry123.
Yes, once you've added the downloading transactions into QuickBooks, they'll automatically be added to your QuickBooks balance and will show up on your register. With the $1.00 transaction, you can review the details of this transaction. If this is one of the entries you've added from the For Review tab, you can either look for a match to avoid any duplicate record or exclude it from there.
Here's how:
