I am a board member of the agency The Weather OÜ. We previously had an account with you registered under the email address [Removed].
Since 02/12/2024, we were on the Online Essentials plan but were missing some features, so we upgraded to the Online Advanced plan on 09/10/2024. Unfortunately, the features we were looking for were still unavailable, so we contacted customer support on 09/11/2024. We were informed that to access the full features we needed, we would have to close the current account and subscription and set up a new one in a different country.
Your support team assured us that we would receive a full refund for the amount spent up to the cancellation date, so we followed the given instructions.
However, we have yet to receive any refund. Additionally, the refund form on your website appears to be broken, and we have been unable to reach anyone via the support chat. As a result, I am reaching out to you directly for assistance.
Could you please advise on how we can receive the promised refund?
