The payroll subscription might have been activated accidentally in your account. If you have access to QuickBooks, you can follow these steps on how to cancel the payroll subscription:

1. Go to the Gear or Settings ⚙ icon and then Account and settings.
2. Go to the Billing & Subscription tab.
3. Look for QuickBooks Payroll, then select Cancel subscription or Cancel online. 

I can also see that you had previously talked to our phone support about this concern. However, I would recommend reaching out to them again since billing inquires require us to pull up and verify your account. Here's how:

1. Click the Help menu in the upper-right hand corner of your QBO account.
2. Type in "Talk to a human" in the chatbox, then press Enter.
3. Select Get help from a human.
4. Click Chat with us or Have us call you.
