We are trying to REMOVE the signature line on our estimates. We've gone to the template, but when we print preview, there is no signature line. So we are not able to figure out how to remove it. Any help?
Glad to see you hanging around here, @kimberlyatvip.
I would love to help you, but I just need some extra details about this matter. I have replicated your concern, and I wasn't able to see the signature line on the estimate. May I know if you are using a third-party app for the e-signature? If so, would you mind downloading the estimates again without using the connected third-party app? I would also love to see any screenshots. This way, I can check and provide the correct resolution.
Any additional information will be greatly appreciated. Looking forward to your reply.
Thank you so much for your quick response. We do not use a third party signature program. We are trying to make the need for a signature go away.
I've attached a screen shot of the QBO screen when we create estimates as well as a copy of the estimate that was created.
I'm not seeing any place to remove the signature that shows up on the estimate when printed (It doesn't specifically ask for a signature, but asks for an approval name and date)

We appreciate you providing more information regarding your issue, especially the screenshots, kimberlyatvip. Let me clear things up about the signature line on the estimate.
If you're referring to the Accepted By and Accepted Date sections, these features are built-in to the estimate template. The function to remove them is unavailable.
The ability to hide or remove the sections stated above is a great addition to QuickBooks Online (QBO) that improves the user experience. I recommend submitting your suggestion to our product engineers for inclusion in future enhancements.

This is an unacceptable user flow.
Signature should be optional if you can't sign inside QB. If I want to send Estimate or PO through QB, then the line is empty. Makes no sense whatsoever.
And your customers have been complaining about this for several years now.
This seems like it would be a very basic option. Very disappointed by the lack of customization!
