I had set up a reoccurring invoice template in May for 12 payments, invoices were sent out automatically for May, June, July, August and September.
Then it stopped by itself without any user interaction. Can someone tell me what would cause this to happen?
The reoccurring invoice entry shows that the last one was sent out on September 15th but there is no "Next Date" listed.
Same thing happened to another reoccurring translation but it showed that the email address on file was NOT working for October's invoice and (in result) the subsequent invoices were NOT sent out!?!... but we are emailing each other using that very same email?!

Thanks for getting help in the Community about your recurring invoices. Let's check to see what happened.
The first thing that we can do now is to send the invoices. Then, we'd want to check the Interval of the recurring invoice templates. Make sure they don't have End dates and are set to recur monthly. If there's an End date, remove it. However, if the templates are set up correctly when you check them now, you want to contact our QBO Support. That way, they can use more tools to gather data and investigate this further.

Schedule a recurring invoice : Select Invoices in the navigation menu. Select Recurring Invoices. Select New.
On the New Recurring Invoice page enter details, such as: Next Due Date - the due date of the next invoice needed. Create - the number of days before the next due date the invoice needs to be created. Select Save.

I also have recurring invoices scheduled to go out every month on the 20th. We have used QuickBooks since 2018 and every month they are created correctly. There is no end date, all clients have different start dates as we bring them on but none were created today. Any help would be appreciated.
