Is it just me or is customer service non existent?
My computer defaults to this page (see attached). Last time I had a password issue and spent 12 hours (combined) trying to talk with someone who can help. Nothing was resolved....
Now I have this issue, after it worked again, ..... once.

I would also agree your experience with the delivery of communication lacks quality, given how you manage to simplify the goal you wish to accomplish in this interaction.
Thank you for the screenshot you've shared although it doesn't display the entire screen after you log in, I assume. So I wanted to make sure I got you on the same page by creating a test company for a fresh login to visualize your view.
It seems the Privacy toggle option, right at the top portion in the screenshot, is making the page almost display nothing about your company data. Let's turn it off, making sure it is grayed out so that it will display the contents of your dashboard.

Why for the love of all things wonderful does quickbooks not just set up a time for a "tech" to call and resolve these issues...??

I can see that you're having unusual behavior with your QuickBooks account. Allow me to chime in and help you get back on track so you can access your data.
Before we begin, I want to share information about enabling the Privacy toggle button. This feature hides your financial info from the Dashboard for security purposes.
If you want your data to remain visible, disable it and not use the option. This way, you'll be able to view your business info normally from your account.
You mentioned in your reply that the problem persists after following the suggestions above. Did you also switch to a different browser? It's crucial to perform this step to determine if the issue is browser-related.
For now, you can clear your browser's stored cache. It can cause unusual behavior in QuickBooks, such as interference with visual displays and features.
Also, I agree that it would be beneficial to set up a time for a tech to call and resolve these issues on your behalf. However, the ability to do so is unavailable.
