You don't need another subscription when ordering a card reader, Bighunt15.
It seems that this is your first credit card reader. I recommend ordering through the GoPayment app. You can follow these steps based on the version you'll be using:
For Blue GoPay users, follow the steps below:
- Tap the Menu (3 horizontal dashes) icon.
- Tap Card Reader.
- Select Place Your Order.
- Select the number of readers needed and then Check Out.
- Complete the fields on the form.
- Tap Review Order.
- Once confirmed, select Place Order.
If you're using the Green GoPay, here's how:
- At the bottom right, tap More.
- Select Hardware.
- Choose the option to Order card reader.
- Select the card reader you want to order.
You can also purchase it through our Merchant Service Center. Here's how:
- Sign in to the Merchant Service Center.
- Select the Account tab and then Order Card Reader.
- Select Place your order for the reader you want to order. Learn more about card readers.
- Follow the onscreen steps to complete your order.
Once ordered, the card reader should arrive in 4 to 7 business days.
