Self Employed and mobile credit card reader

I have QB S-E and I currently use a Square reader. I want to consolidate everything with QB by getting their mobile credit card reader. Can I do this? i tried ordering one, but it requires another QB subscription???

Any help would be appreciated.

Self Employed and mobile credit card reader

You don't need another subscription when ordering a card reader, Bighunt15.

 

It seems that this is your first credit card reader. I recommend ordering through the GoPayment app. You can follow these steps based on the version you'll be using:

 

For Blue GoPay users, follow the steps below:

  1. Tap the Menu (3 horizontal dashes) icon.
  2. Tap Card Reader.
  3. Select Place Your Order.
  4. Select the number of readers needed and then Check Out.
  5. Complete the fields on the form.
  6. Tap Review Order.
  7. Once confirmed, select Place Order.

If you're using the Green GoPay, here's how:

  1. At the bottom right, tap More.
  2. Select Hardware.
  3. Choose the option to Order card reader.
  4. Select the card reader you want to order.

 

You can also purchase it through our Merchant Service Center. Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to the Merchant Service Center.
  2. Select the Account tab and then Order Card Reader.
  3. Select Place your order for the reader you want to order. Learn more about card readers.
  4. Follow the onscreen steps to complete your order.

 

Once ordered, the card reader should arrive in 4 to 7 business days.
