sending invoices in version 2009 using webmail

am using version 2009 and suddenly could not send invoices using webmail.

tried deleting the qbooks converter (printer) and now cannot install it again.

it should be noted that i could not send invoices using webmail before i uninstalled it.

thanks for help with this.

Your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) 2009 is an old version which is no longer supported, that is why you can't send invoices using webmail. You may want to consider upgrading your QBDT software to the latest version available. This way, you'll have the most recent fixes and security update.

However, if you don't want to upgrade, you can save the invoice as a PDF and email it over outside the system as a workaround.

Thank you Miriam for your quick response.

 

It should be noted that I was able to use this feature until several months ago - maybe due to upgrading to WIN 10.
