Since the app update, I am unable to record invoice payments via the quickbooks app on iPhone and iPad.I checked the instructions,however I do not see any “Get Paid” tabs

Here’s a good first step: refresh your data in the app to make sure you’ve got the latest info and to fix any glitches.

 

Here’s how to refresh your data on iOS:

 

  1. Open Settings and tap General
  2. Tap iPhone Storage and find the QuickBooks app
  3. Select Offload App

 

This frees up space without deleting your app data or documents.
