In QBO, you can track multiple companies with our Location Tracking feature, providing you have only one EIN. However, if you have a different EIN for each legal entity, you’ll need a separate subscription to accurately track each of them.

For the more information on how to subscribe, follow these steps:

1. In your browser, go to this link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/choose-country/.
2. Select your country.
3. Choose the appropriate product. 
4. Select Start Free Trial or Buy Now.
5. On the next screen, you ’ll get the option to either continue to create a free trial or buy now for a discounted price.
6. Since you already have an account with Intuit, select Add another company.
7. Enter your Email Address (User ID) and Password.
8. Choose Add new company.
