QB has NOT resolved the issue. I reached out to them on May 16, 2024 @ 2:35 (EST). I have a case number and INV number. I followed up with them on May 17, 2024 @ 9:00 (EST). The gentleman put extra notes in and escalated. This is causing major problems for the company.
I'll hear you out, @rars.

I have the same issue. This issue has nothing to do with QB and QB cannot fix this issue. The issue is with Merill, who has a recent change to the post-login process, which is preventing not just QB but also my Chase, US bank, and other 3rd party tools from connecting to My Merill Account. I have an open case with Merill and they have acknowledged that the issue is on their side. My Merill as always, will take a long time to fix any issue. For all Merill customers, there is no choice other than to wait patiently until Merill fixes this issue.
