Reviewing the status of your renewal requires pulling up your account in a secured setting. Since the Community is a public forum, we're unable to access your account information here. That said, it's best to get in touch with our customer support team. They have special tools to view your account and reactivate it for you. To do that:

 

  1. Go to the Help menu and select QuickBooks Desktop Help/Contact Us.
  2. Click Contact Us.
  3. Enter a brief description of your concern about the reactivation and select Continue.
  4. Sign in to your Intuit account, select Continue, and then Continue with my account.
  5. Enter the code you received in your email for verification and select Continue.
  6. Choose between Chat with us and Have us call you.

 

To ensure you get on hold to our support team on time, I've added our support hours so you can set an available time to reach them out.

Yes, just logged in but still unable to re-subscribe.  I've got at message in with QuickBooks now and waiting for a response.

Last resort, purchase a new license of QB Desktop 2024 Accountant Plus. You must call Sales team or purchase it thru a partner. You can get $100 cashback.

Dear Intuit,

On Sep. 4th, 2024, at 2:08 PM, I had a chat with a representative from your company named Ms. Mary Grace regarding the renewal price for my QuickBooks Premier Plus Subscription.

Initially, the renewal price was $1,549.00, but we agreed on a $50.00 discount, bringing the total to $1,499.00, as shown in the attached invoice.

The payment method was set up for a direct debit from my bank account, but on Sep. 7th, 2024, I received a cancellation notification.

Today, I arranged for the payment to be processed again using the credit card.

Also I paid the requested amount of $1,523.54 by Company's Credit Card.

While I appreciate the unexpected discount of $25.46, I am unsure why it was applied.

The original agreement was a $50.00 discount, making the total $1,499.00.

Ms. Mary Grace had mentioned that since the original price was $1,549.00, I would be charged that amount initially, but the $50.00 discount would be applied later, which could take about a week.

Please confirm this and let me know how the $50.00 discount will be handled.

Additionally, I received a call from our Credit Card company a short while ago, and I approved the charge of $1,523.54.

I would appreciate it if you could confirm this and inform me of how the $50.00 discount will be processed.

As I know there is no policy for a sales person to offer discount or cashback. Their billing system is very rigid. I would recommend to cancel your renewal. Then renew your license via partner and get $100 cashback.

Beforehand, could you please specify which QuickBooks product you're currently using? Are you utilizing the QuickBooks Desktop version or QuickBooks Online (QBO)? If you have QBO, refer to the steps below on how you can change your payment method:

  

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online.
  2. Choose Settings, then select Subscriptions and billing.
