Subscription renewal

I'm here to help ensure you'll be able to renew your QuickBooks Self-Employed subscription through iTunesjcforr6.

You may want to double-check the status of your subscription. Here's how:

  1. Go to your device’s Settings menu. Then, select iTunes App Store.
  2. Click your Apple ID, then View Apple ID.
  3. Enter your Apple ID password.
  4. Under Subscriptions, select Manage.
  5. Select your QuickBooks Self-Employed subscription, then make the necessary changes.

However, if it still showing expired, I'd suggest getting in touch with iTunes Support to have this investigated. All account-related concerns are directed to our phone support for security purposes.

I'll also add the reference on how you can update your QuickBooks Self-Employed billing and subscription details. This will help you if you make changes to your subscription.

Feel free to visit the Community if you have other concerns. We're open 24/7 to help you. Have a good one.

Hi, jcforr6.

Hope you're doing great. I wanted to see how everything is going about the subscription renewal you had the other day. Was it resolved? Do you need any additional help or clarification? If you do, just let me know. I'd be happy to help you at anytime.

Looking forward to your reply. Have a pleasant day ahead!

Subscription renewal

I just paid to renew my subscription by calling in.  I got the receipt but still says subscription has lapsed.

Hi there, @Patrick riddlemoser. I want to ensure you can continue running your business with QuickBooks right away.

To clarify, are you using QuickBooks Self-Employed? This error message could be the result of too much historical data stored in your browser. We can perform basic troubleshooting to resolve this.

First, let's try accessing your account through an incognito window to rule out the possibility of a webpage issue. You can refer to these shortcut keys to open an incognito window in all supported browsers:

  • Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N
  • Firefox: Ctrl+Shift+P
  • Safari: Command+Shift+N

Log in to your account and view your billing info. If it shows active, I'd recommend clearing its cache. This way, you can access QuickBooks with a clean slate. You can also use a different supported browser.

Otherwise, if you're using QuickBooks Desktop, I recommend following this article to fix the error: Your QuickBooks Subscription has Lapsed.

Fill me in should you need further assistance with managing your account. The Community will always be here to help, @Patrick riddlemoser.
