I have QB Enterprise 2022, sold the business over a year ago and I don't have any need for it, the program I think is great but paying $130.00 a month for something I don't need is not a good idea.
The program is one of the best I have ever used (over 20 years) except when you have to call tech support, at least now when you call they do speak English but in general Tech support is probably one of the worst I have ever encounter.
The last 3 time I had to call I ask the question if I cancel QB Enterprise can I access the information later on (not modify the files just look at the info), a year or two or five if I need to, specially if I ever get audit by the IRS.
Typical of tech support I have gotten 3 different answers, "no you wont be able to access any data after cancelling QB", "you will only be able to access your data for 6 month after cancelling" and the last one was "yes you can access your data any time you need after you cancel"
Can someone tell me what the correct answer is?
