I know this can be frustrating for you. Let me provide additional information about turning off prompts and unnecessary notifications in your QuickBooks account,kara4.

The ads in QuickBooks are designed to guide and suggest to you how to optimize your QuickBooks Online experience. Since they're affecting your navigation experience, I recommend clicking on the X or No button. This will prevent the pop-ups from showing up again.

Another option is to turn on your browser's pop-up blocker. This stops pop-up windows from appearing. I'll show you how.

1. Click the lock icon to the left of the address bar.
2. Select Site settings (Google Chrome) or Permission for this site (Mozilla browser).
3. Hover to the Pop-ups and redirects section, and select Block from the drop-down menu.

Also, I understand turning off ads will be more convenient to optimize your QuickBooks Online. You may submit your feedback or product suggestions in QuickBooks to help us improve your experience.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Gear icon at the top.
2. Select Feedback.
3. Enter your comments or product suggestions. Then select Next to submit feedback.

Thank you for your response.  The ads and pop-ups were previously set to block, but they still come through.

I blocked notifications, maybe this will help.  And I also re-selected block on the other two.
