Switching from mobile app to online on Chromebook

In your case, you can download compatible browsers like Google Chrome on your Chromebook. Then click the three dots icon on the top right of your Google Chrome browser to check the Desktop site box. In this manner, you can log in to QuickBooks Online (qbo.intuit.com) to customize the invoices.

Here's how:

1. Click + New and then select Invoice.
2. Choose Customize.
3. Select Edit current.
   
   
    
4. Then you can edit your Design, Content, and Email tabs.
   
   
    
5. Hit Done.
