1. Go to the Help (?) icon.
2. Select Contact Us.
3. Provide details about your issue in the box.
4. Choose to Get a Callback.
5. Enter in your information.

At this time, you'll only be able to send invoices to your customers via email. I can see the importance of sending them over WhatsApp. Rest assured our engineers are working nonstop to enhance the product and deliver the best experiences for all QuickBooks users.

For now, I'd suggest sending this idea to our product developer team. This way, they'll know how useful this feature is for your business and consider this in future updates.

Here's how:

1. Sign in to your QBO account.
2. Go to the Gear icon at the top, then Feedback.
3. Enter your comments or product suggestions.
4. Hit Next.

Once done, your valuable suggestion goes to our designated team to help improve your experience in QBO. You can track feature requests through the QuickBooks Online Feature Requests website.

If you have QuickBooks Payments, your customers can pay their invoices directly by credit card or ACH transfer. When you get paid, QuickBooks puts transactions into the correct accounts. What is the telephone number for support

@7504   As if you couldn't already tell by the information in this thread, there is NO phone number for QB.  You can to jump through hoops and request a callback, just like the rest of us.  

Feel free to follow ANY of the steps already provided to get in contact with QB.
