Hello there, brian235. Please ensure that the Product/service toggle is enabled to display the Activity column in your invoice builder. You can find this by clicking Manage on the right side of the invoice screen and navigating to the Customization section.
If you've verified the table is toggled on, but the Activity column still doesn’t appear, and considering the column briefly flashes before disappearing, the issue might be browser-related. First, confirm your browser is updated to the latest version, as outdated browsers can lead to compatibility issues. Then, try logging in using a private or incognito window to help bypass cached data or cookies that might be interfering with the display.
For continued issues, restarting your browser can refresh its environment and settings. You may also want to add Intuit to your browser’s trusted sites list in the security settings to ensure that nothing blocks the invoice builder from functioning correctly.
