Total lack of service from Intuit

Is anyone else here as frustrated as I am with QB's total lack of service? Have you heard of anything better? I feel like they have us captured with QBO, and really don't care if it works or not.

There are many options in the market including the free one. Contact us in private should you need to explore them.

Total lack of service from Intuit

Both chat and call back say "channel is currently closed" and the direct deposit payroll I submitted on time yesterday doesn't appear to be going through as it usually does.  Earlier this morning I requested a call back and it said "We'll call you back in an hour and a half".  They never called back.  I've never seen them shut down chat and calling before noon on a Friday. 

It's payday...

direct deposit not going through like it has every week before...

can't reverse DD and write paper checks without great cost...

the software won't let me edit payroll already submitted...

Quickbooks online chat AND call back is totally unreachable before noon on a Friday...

Sounds like something exploded.

That's stressful enough to be a deal breaker with QBO.

Yes, but instead of dealing with the problem and discussing with your customers you shut down all communication and HID!  For a company who has complete access to my accounting, the fact that you just decided it was ok to block all access to communication is absolutely disgusting and should be investigated.
